Join me for this 5 full day workshop in the remote farming village Copsa Mare in southern Transylvania in Romania. The course is aimed at school leavers & undergraduates under 25 with a basic scientific knowledge of plants keen to improve their botanical drawing skills. This beautiful area harbours a rich and diverse flora and fauna and we will have the privilege to work from live specimens found in the hills above the village. Periods of intensive study will be mixed with lots of fresh air, exercise and good local food.
The cost is 550 EURO per person and includes tuition fees, all meals and accommodation, and airport transfers (Sibiu Airport only - good connections via Vienna and Munich). There are just 6 places in this workshop. A deposit of 250 EURO is required to secure your place. Arrival on 11th July, departure on 16th July. You will sleep & eat in the village.
